In this way, at PROACO® we focus on innovation and we do so by dedicating more than 1.000 m² exclusively to research and development, investing in the latest technology. In our facilities we have our own laboratory where various scientific studies are carried out and whose mission is to support the quality of some of the best garlic in the world.

INNOVATIVE PROJECTS TO ELEVATE QUALITY TO THE HIGHEST LEVEL
Currently, PROACO® has received the help of the CDTI › Centre for the Development of Industrial Technology, within the Ministry of Economy and Business, for a new R&D project called DESARROLLO DE NUEVAS METODOLOGÍAS PARA LA OBTENCIÓN DE SEMILLAS DE AJO LIBRE DE VIRUS MEDIANTE CULTIVO DE MERISTEMOS › IDI-20170312, whose overall objective is to develop a new methodology that allows obtaining «seed» of garlic free of viruses. This project has been co-financed by the ERDF › European Regional Development Fund with the aim of promoting technological development, innovation and quality research.
